Job DescriptionAs an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Implement and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- 2 plus years' experience in production supervision or leadership within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems and ERP software to monitor and manage production activities.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
WE VALUE- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
