Full Job Description
The Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice. Successful candidates should have between three and six years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in licensing, collaboration agreements and commercial transactions, as well as those with expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries, but we would be willing to train the right candidate. Applicants must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence. Virginia Bar membership.

The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
