Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. is looking to hire an Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Investor Relations Team.
The role involves the following:
- Support the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including investor letters, performance updates, presentations, and marketing materials
- Prepare and update responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs using approved language
- Compile and analyze fund performance data, benchmarks, and peer comparisons to support investor reporting and marketing efforts
- Assist with investor meetings by preparing materials, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-up communications
- Maintain CRM systems, including logging interactions, meeting notes, feedback, and tracking fundraising activity and pipeline progression
- Support investor onboarding processes, including coordination of subscription documents, closing timelines, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain data rooms and investor materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper organization across all content
- Coordinate with internal teams (investment, finance, legal/compliance) to gather information for investor communications and requests
- Conduct research to identify prospective investors and maintain target lists and pipeline trackers
- Draft outreach materials (including emails and follow-ups) and support execution of outreach calendars and contact cadence
- Track and organize investor interactions, feedback, and follow-up items to support ongoing fundraising efforts
Qualifications
- Highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and reliability
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task, manages time and deadlines well, and is self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of experience working for an investment manager in a reporting, Investor Relations or investor servicing capacity or investment bank or asset management platform
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of finance, and the Microsoft Office suite with expertise in excel required
- Eagerness to work with a small, collaborative team
- Knowledge of insurance capital markets preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be effective in a small organization (~40 people) with an entrepreneurial mindset, which includes having flexibility and interest in taking on a variety of tasks to support the Firm's growth.
Additional Information
- Location: Predominantly in New York City Office with ability to spend time in the Stamford, CT office
- In office required with some work from home flexibility.
- Compensation commensurate with experience. Salary Range $100k-$200k
