Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its Financial Markets & Funds Department in the Investment Management and Trading group, based in New York.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a strong background in investment management, including related to financing and transactional matters. Experience representing asset managers, financial institutions, broker-dealers and other market participants is required.
Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar or immediately eligible to waive into the New York bar.
The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $470,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
