• Solid experience in investment-grade bond origination, debt capital markets execution, or fixed income syndicate
• Proven success leading bond transactions for investment-grade corporate or sovereign issuers across multiple market environments
• Experience implementing complex multi-tranche, multi-currency, and structured investment-grade financing solutions
• Proven success advising clients on market timing and structure for new debt issuances
• Experience managing transaction execution and coordinating with legal, compliance, and syndicate teams
• Track record of leading live deals and managing junior team members

• Expertise in investment-grade debt capital markets origination, structuring, and execution
• Proven expertise in pricing strategy, bookbuilding, and allocation decisions for benchmark bond transactions

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads origination and execution of investment-grade bond transactions for corporate and sovereign clients within the assigned coverage domain
• Accountable for client relationship management and origination outcomes across a defined issuer portfolio
• Develops and implements issuer financing strategies aligned with client capital structure objectives and market conditions
• Designs and structures complex bond transactions, including multi-tranche, hybrid, and cross-border formats
• Executes live transactions with full accountability for pricing, distribution, and execution quality
• Collaborates with coverage, syndicate, legal, and risk teams to deliver integrated capital markets solutions
• Assesses market conditions, investor sentiment, and competitive dynamics to advise clients on optimal issuance timing
• Enhances and optimizes origination processes, pitching frameworks, and execution playbooks
• Recommends new product structures and market entry strategies to meet evolving issuer needs
• Resolves complex transaction issues spanning structural, regulatory, and execution dimensions
• Tracks and analyzes league table performance, client wallet share, and origination pipeline metrics
• Monitors regulatory developments affecting investment-grade debt issuance and adjusts execution practices accordingly

The typical base pay range for this role is between $210-$225K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
