Investment Content Production Lead

“I can succeed as an Investment Content Production Lead at Capital Group.”

You’ll own the development and production of investment and client-facing materials for a portfolio of funds and strategies, including pitch books, client review materials, quarterly attribution reports, one-pagers and other investment content. You’ll partner across Sales, Investment Directors, Investment Product Management, Marketing and other teams to translate investment and business needs into accurate, compelling content that supports client conversations and important sales opportunities.

You’ll manage complex content requests from initial need through final delivery, bringing together investment knowledge, strong content judgment and execution. You’ll help shape clear investment narratives, ensure quality and consistency, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate production while recognizing when customized, high-touch solutions are needed.

• You have strong investment knowledge and an understanding of investment strategies, products and portfolio-related information.
• You have experience developing investment, product or client-facing content, such as pitch books, client review materials, attribution reports or other sales materials.
• You’re skilled at translating complex investment concepts and business needs into clear, compelling content for different audiences.
• You’re a strong collaborator who can coordinate across Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing and other partners to move complex requests forward.
• You have strong attention to detail and sound judgment, with the ability to identify potential issues or inconsistencies in investment content and data and partner with subject-matter experts to resolve them.
• You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• You look for opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes and can effectively partner with production, automation and technology teams to improve how investment content is created and delivered.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
