Full Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Investment Banking Consulting Senior Manager may include:
  • Lead the design, execution, and governance of large-scale, complex transformation programs for global investment banks, spanning business, operational, regulatory, and digital operating model change.
  • Provide senior leadership across dynamic consulting engagements with significant client interaction throughout the end-to-end trading lifecycle, including Front, Middle, Back Office, and Technology & Operations.
  • Own overall solution design by synthesizing client business and technology needs, evaluating a broad range of architectures, platforms, and delivery approaches to meet specific client requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive sell-side stakeholders, partnering with clients to develop high-performance, future-ready solutions that strengthen competitive positioning and long-term value.
  • Understand and anticipate industry trends, client needs, develop relevant solutions and deliver high impact technology initiatives with a focus on long-term client success.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams across onshore and offshore delivery models, while fostering a strong culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence.
  • Drive business development activities, including shaping opportunities, leading proposal efforts, and contributing to the growth of Accenture's Investment Banking and Capital Markets practice.


Basis Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of strong leadership skills in Financial Services specializing in Investment Banking, with demonstrated senior leadership and deep expertise across the end-to-end trading lifecycle and products including equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives.
  • Minimum 7+ years of external consulting/program management experience leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives at sell-side/buy-side institutions with a proven track record of successful engagement delivery within the industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience leading major transformation programs at investment banks, including regulatory-driven change, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Strong leadership and subject-matter expertise in digital assets and emerging financial market infrastructure, such as tokenized assets, crypto markets, digital custody, and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Proven experience advising senior executives on operational resilience, including operational risk, business continuity, third-party risk management, and regulatory resilience frameworks.
  • Experience building and managing long-term executive relationships across Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk.
  • Knowledge of the capital markets industry, including a deep understanding of Investment Banking client segments, product taxonomy and trading processes.
  • Strong commercial experience, including shaping and leading business development and sales efforts.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite and board-adjacent levels.
  • Experience leading large teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team leader.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience with sell-side trading platforms and / or regulations, such as Murex or Calypso.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • Additional certified qualifications relevant to Investment Bank industry, including CFA®.
