Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence and investment analysis on venture capital and growth equity funds and managers
Evaluate investment opportunities across a range of sectors, stages, and strategies
Research companies, industries, technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes
Analyze fund performance, portfolio construction, track records, and underlying investments
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal investment discussions
Participate in calls and meetings with fund managers, entrepreneurs, and other investment professionals
Support ongoing monitoring and evaluation of existing fund and portfolio investments
Track developments across the venture and growth ecosystem and develop perspectives on emerging trends
Assist with portfolio analytics, reporting, and other ad hoc investment projects
Collaborate closely with senior members of the investment team and contribute to broader team priorities as needed

Pay Information:
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $101,750 - $123,750 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
