Job Title: Investment Advisors Analyst 6 Hybrid

Location: Denver, CO | Hybrid

About the Role

Assist in the oversight and management of active and passive ETFs across equity, fixed income, and derivative investment strategies. The role is primarily focused on supporting the teams research and sales efforts through economic, market, security-level, and ETF industry analysis. Responsibilities include conducting investment research, developing supporting materials for clients and internal stakeholders, and monitoring industry trends and market developments. The position also provides exposure to the day-to-day operations of portfolio management, including trade execution support, cash management, corporate actions, and other portfolio administration activities. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, the individual will contribute to investment decision support, operational efficiency, and the overall management of ETF portfolios

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Conduct macroeconomic, market, sector, security-level, and ETF industry research to support passive and active investment strategies and help portfolio managers make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop clear and accurate investment content for internal and external audiences, including ETF insights, market commentary, presentations, sales materials, and client-facing updates.
  • Help improve and automate recurring research, reporting, data-validation, and portfolio-management workflows using Excel, Bloomberg/BQNT, Python, and emerging AI-enabled tools.

Required Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong market knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated self-starter mentality, with the ability to independently investigate questions, validate data, and communicate conclusions clearly.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment and market information into concise, audience-appropriate content.
  • Experience with Python, workflow automation, financial data platforms, or AI-enabled research tools is preferred, along with a strong desire to learn about passive and active ETFs, trading, and portfolio management.
  • Must be willing to work on site during training and then hybrid 2 days/week

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $67,500 USD to $97,000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the companys discretion.
