1.) Overarching top skill is application management- apps packaging, reporting
2.) MS Intune- this is cloud end point and mobile device management tool of choice JMF is moving applications into- have to be an expert within MS Intune. Will use PowerShell/remediation scripts to do this and must be strong here. Windows Autopatch- MS AI, EntraID
3.) Vulnerability management and/or other tools in the environment- Patch my PC, Azure, Tanium, Co-Pilot
4.) This person must have good communication and general interpersonal skills- they will work collaboratively within the team and with one team member in-particular, but they will also work with business users and Project Managers. Additionally, this person must be able to think about the bigger picture and the strategy going on behind the scenes and clearly articulate this based on who they are talking to.
