International Treaty and Agreement Analyst The Opportunity: As an operations analyst, you're passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need a research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. As a member of our strategic deterrence and nuclear integration team, you'll assist in the analysis of international frameworks, bilateral treaties, and multilateral agreements. In this role, you'll use your passion to monitor complex treaty language to identify explicit obligations, and regulatory compliance requirements. You won't go at it alone; you'll work with a team of industry and government experts to evaluate international treaties, agreements, and multilateral frameworks to assess strategic impacts. Once documented, you'll help summarize dense legal, political, and policy documents into clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences. Use your skills to aid in identifying potential compliance gaps or policy conflicts arising from international agreements. You Have: • 1+ years of experience supporting analysis of international treaties, agreements, or multilateral frameworks • Experience summarizing legal or policy documents for technical or executive audiences • Knowledge of international relations theories, global governance structures, and multilateral negotiation processes • Ability to interpret treaty language, obligation, and compliance requirements • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or National Security Studies Nice If You Have: • Possession of excellent analytical, critical thinking, and open-source research capabilities • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for briefing senior stakeholders • International Law or Global Government Certification • International Relations or Security Studies Certification • Intelligence Fundamental Professional Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
