Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a mid-level All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT and scientific data to address mission needs, gaps, and challenges on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will assess collection strategies to evaluate capabilities and opportunities to close gaps, and work with internal and external partners to identify new collaborative relationships to achieve those goals. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
  • Maintaining a collaboration tool used to share key technical data across the community;
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, 3 years with MS/MA, 0 years with PhD; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle.
  • Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline;
  • Experience supporting national-level customers;
  • Experience working in the customer’s operational environment;
  • Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products
Target Salary Range$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
