The Opportunity

As an International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies Manager, you will focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions. You will use quantitative methods to optimize tax processes and enhance decision-making for clients, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and improve their tax positions. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality work. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role within our Tax practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Responsibilities

- Leading quantitative tax solutions workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
- Utilizing data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions and optimize tax processes
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related initiatives
- Analyzing and identifying linkages within complex tax systems to enhance decision-making
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
