Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Internal Medicine Physician you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive primary care within a thriving multi-specialty group in Sacramento, CA. This opportunity offers a physician-led, patient-centric environment with robust support systems designed to optimize physician well-being and patient outcomes. We are seeking dedicated medical professionals eager to leverage our established infrastructure and collaborative care model to provide exceptional healthcare to our growing community.

 

In this role you will engage in direct patient care, collaborating closely with experienced internists and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) within our modern clinic. You will benefit from on-site diagnostic, imaging, and streamlining patient care. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to internal medicine, excellent clinical skills, and a dedication to patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, with a passion for working collaboratively within a supportive team. You should be adept at managing a diverse patient panel and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our Folsom clinic.

 

  • Patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses
  • Excellent telephone call schedule of about twice a month
  • 24-hour advice nurse available
  • Hospitalists are available 24/7

  • Shareholder track opportunity
  • Generous compensation and benefits
  • 2 year income guarantee of $300,000-$320,000

 

We are offering full benefits and CME allowance, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, in addition to a shareholder track opportunity for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.  We also offer 401(k) with employer match & employer-funded pension plan. Our opportunity is PSLF eligible.

  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
