Essential Job Functions:
• Troubleshoot high-level technical and non-technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance problems
• Provide software support for a real-time air traffic management system
• Ability to create and maintain system architecture and troubleshooting documentation
• Prepare plans and assessments, such as management engineering plans, integrated support plans and implementation
plans
• Flexible schedule is essential
• Travel only when required
• Experience in evaluating, testing, deploying and maintaining both custom developed and third party software upgrades
• Research and documents analysis in technical reports and presents findings and recommendations to meet program
requirements
• Anticipate and addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases
• Knowledge of XML technologies

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field is preferred) + 5 yrs. related
experience
• Experience with performing engineering and/or scientific research, studies and analyses of specified technological,
scientific, programmatic and operational issues.
• Demonstrate strength in solving complex problems
