Responsibilities

  • Assist on a variety of consulting assignments while focusing on one key offering.
  • Support preparation of qualification packages and proposals.
  • Assemble standard text and graphics for project documentation.
  • Document and analyze client information using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Collect, review, and summarize project data with diligence and accuracy.
  • Organize project files according to company data management standards.
  • Contribute to the completion of consulting deliverables through various applications.
  • Participate in all long-distance learning programs offered.

Full Job Description
Works under the direction of more senior team member(s) and conducts research and data gathering, organizes materials, supports project preparation, documents project findings, maintains project documents and communication and produces reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • While assisting on a wide range of service assignments, will focus on one consulting offering, if the project opportunities will allow.
  • Assists with qualification packages and proposal preparation.
  • Assembles boilerplate text and graphics; collects information on clients.
  • Uses spreadsheet or databases to document and analyze client information and requirements.
  • Proficient and diligent in collecting, reviewing and summarizing project data provided.
  • Organizes project files according to current HOK data management procedures..
  • May finish production of consulting deliverables using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic applications.
  • Participates in all long distance learning (LDL) programs.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture, interior architecture, interiors, planning or relevant university education.
  • Licensed architect.
  • 5+ years of interior architecture experience.
