Responsibilities
Provide patient care in the Critical Care Unit
Manage in-house overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am
Assess and admit 8-12 patients per shift
Collaborate with eICU team for cross-cover support
Utilize hospital facilities including 48 MICU beds and 20 Trauma/Neuro ICU beds

Full Job Description
Critical Care Nocturnist to join a growing collegial employed group, providing excellent patient care in our co-managed Critical Care Unit at Banner Desert Medical Center.
Qualifications Required:
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in one of the following combinations:
Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine AND Critical Care Medicine, OR
Internal Medicine AND Critical Care/Pulmonary Medicine
Preferred (but not required):
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurocritical Care
ENLS Certification Required
What you can expect:
Critical Care Opportunity- No Outpatient or Pulmonary
12-12-hour shifts per month
Night shift 7pm-7am in-house
Flexible block scheduling
8-12 Admits per shift
Cross cover support provided by eICU team
