Integration Test and Operationalization Lead

The Role

Lead integration test, evaluation, readiness, and operational-transition activities for mature technologies and capabilities.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and coordinate integration test, evaluation, verification, validation, readiness, and transition activities.
  • Identify certification, authorization, safety, supportability, sustainment, user-readiness, and scale-up dependencies.
  • Turn test and field feedback into prioritized technical, operational, or acquisition changes.
  • Produce evidence that enables informed decisions on operational readiness and next steps.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant integration test and evaluation, operational test support, verification and validation, readiness assessment, or transition-planning experience.
  • Demonstrated work connecting test evidence to fielding, sustainment, operational use, or acquisition decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, test, and acquisition stakeholders.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
