What You Will Do- Plan and coordinate integration test, evaluation, verification, validation, readiness, and transition activities.
- Identify certification, authorization, safety, supportability, sustainment, user-readiness, and scale-up dependencies.
- Turn test and field feedback into prioritized technical, operational, or acquisition changes.
- Produce evidence that enables informed decisions on operational readiness and next steps.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of relevant integration test and evaluation, operational test support, verification and validation, readiness assessment, or transition-planning experience.
- Demonstrated work connecting test evidence to fielding, sustainment, operational use, or acquisition decisions.
- Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, test, and acquisition stakeholders.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, decision-ready technical products.
