The Job at a Glance

The Integrations Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations for e-commerce platforms. This role involves managing clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between various systems. The Integration Manager must possess a can-do attitude, enjoy external partnerships, and have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, and excellent communication abilities.

A Typical Day
  • Conduct and document discovery of client and stakeholder objectives where use of our technology and IP is central to their customer and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, solution architects, QA, SRE, and support within Parts Town, our clients and partners to create winning experiences
  • Be the trusted advisor and owner for customer and partner integrations by proactively identifying and mitigating challenges and risk, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring smooth deployment and transition to post-implementation support
  • Manage multiple client integrations concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding stakeholder and customer expectations
  • Estimate integration phasing, timelines, and costs, keeping stakeholders informed and managing expectations
  • Lead documentation, training, and transition for internal and external Customer Success, Customer Support, and Client teams
  • Lead retrospectives and continuously learn and grow


To Land This Opportunity

  • You have demonstrated experience or possess working knowledge in designing and implementing integrations
  • You possess working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, procurement systems, and related technologies
  • You are proficient in web services or possess working knowledge of , APIs, XML, and other relevant integration technologies
  • You have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • You have strong communication, analytical (e.g. margin analysis), and interpersonal skills
  • You have bias for action and are customer-obsessed
  • Bonus points if you have experience with specific e-commerce platforms (e.g., Mirakl, Rithum, Amazon Vendor Central, SAP Ariba, Hybris)
  • Bonus point if you have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
