DescriptionYou will act as the primary technical conduit for our customers: gathering and analyzing their software requirements, routing them to internal teams (R&D, Product Management, QA), and training end-users. The ideal candidate blends solid technical skills with exceptional client-facing abilities and a strong understanding of financial technology, particularly Foreign Exchange (FX) markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requirements Management: Actively gather, analyze, and translate customer business and technical requirements in a clear way to relevant teams.
- Internal Routing & Coordination: Process client requests and collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, QA, and Support teams to delegate tasks effectively.
- Progress Monitoring: Track the lifecycle of feature requests, custom developments, and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new clients throughout the implementation and integration lifecycle.
- Customer Training & Guidance: Quickly master the Fluent software suite and educate client teams on how to effectively operate, manage, and configure the platform.
- FX Solutions Deployment: Provide specialized support and configuration guidance for clients implementing FX-related features and trading workflows.
- System Configuration & Maintenance: Assist customers in achieving requirement Execute, test, and document system configurations and modifications in live production environments.
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain knowledge base articles, contribute to implementation best practices, and provide structured client feedback to R&D.
Requirements3-5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical integration, business analysis, or Tier 1-2 at Bank FX support desk
Understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles.Trading experience- a must
Strong domain knowledge of trading systems. Huge advantage for FX systems
Exceptional presentation, training, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users; ability to work independently and in team environments.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; proven experience supporting clients within US business hours.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
