The Opportunity:

Integrated Master Scheduler is needed for CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting the Morrigan Prototype program. The candidate will work as a member of CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting programsthe Morrigan Prototype program. Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedule that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities:

o            Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure.
o            Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects.
o            Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.
o            Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
o            Ensure contract WBS is properly updated and current.
o            Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMS
o            Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
o            Process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS and/or cost management reporting
o            Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
o            Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies.
o            Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
o            Actively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis.
o            Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
o            Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings

Qualifications:

Required:
o            Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business) or high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent a discipline combination of education and work experience may be substituted that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity.
o            IMS creation and scheduling experience
o            Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments
o            Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
o            Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o            Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
o            Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
o            Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
o            Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
o            Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
o            Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
o            Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
o            Consistently demonstrates a high attention to detail.

o            Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired:
o            Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment
o            Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessments
o            Experience on large-scale development projects
o            Experience with Earned Value Management
o            Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan).
