What You'll Do- Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
- Record contacts in Lead Management System.
- Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
- Make contact with assigned leads.
What You'll Bring- Excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe CA base pay range for this position is $18.42 - and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives.
