Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
We're looking for someone who is energetic, responsive, customer-focused, and motivated to earn. You'll work with a strong volume of internet leads and have the opportunity to build relationships with customers from their first online inquiry through the purchase process.
What You'll Do:- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads through phone, text, email, and other communication channels
- Follow up consistently with customers and identify their vehicle needs
- Set appointments and work to convert leads into showroom visits and sales
- Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up within our CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with previous customers and unsold leads to generate additional opportunities
What We're Looking For:- Previous automotive or internet sales experience required
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
