Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Attorney Policyholder Side - Santa Ana, CA
• Responsibilities:
- Join our growing team as an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigator representing policyholders in complex coverage disputes
- 5-15 years' experience required, preferably with courtroom and deposition experience
- While we represent only policyholders, we welcome applicants from the carrier side with the right skill set and mindset
• Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive pay ($150,000-$300,000/year)
