Insurance Coverage Associate
We are currently seeking an
Insurance Coverage Associate with 3-7 years of experience for our downtown St. Petersburg, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with commercial general liability and professional liability insurance coverage issues and good-faith claim-handling issues, including independent case management; preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters and responses to settlement demand letters; drafting pleadings and motions; and attending mediations, case management conferences/court hearings. The successful candidate must possess exceptional research and writing skills, be a well-organized self-starter, and be able to manage tasks and deadlines independently.

Requirements- 3-7 years of coverage experience
- JD from an accredited university
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Active license to practice law in Florida
