Installation Training Specialist

We are looking for our Operations Training Specialist who will be responsible for provision and effective delivery of all methods of installation for branch offices, as well as aide regional leaders in the implementation of installations programs, processes and initiatives.

Location: This role is fully remote and primarily posted in Chicago, with additional locations including Dallas and Kansas City. Candidate sourcing will focus on the Midwest and East Regions of the United States.

Essential Functions:

• Provides installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training.
• Audits points within the documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level and provide feedback regarding changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing and delivery.
• Evaluates installations and provides recommendations and guidance to improve overall installation efficiency.
• Supports tendering/order development, installation planning & execution.

As our Operations Training Specialist, you willbring5+ five years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators. You will also bring a strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills.

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role92s scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $126,600 93$166,215.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Chicago IL and Dallas TX area hiring range: $135,500 93 $177,870.

• Kansas City MO area hiring range: $126,600 93 $166,215.

The compensation package offered will depend on candidate92s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONEAnnual Bonus planat 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals .
