5+ years of experience in construction or project inspection, especially around rail projects
Knowledge of ACI and OSHA standards
Experience with Amtrak or NJ Transit projects preferred
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Strong written and oral communication skills

Overview
We are currently seeking Inspectors in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track project schedule and budget
Interface with clients/agencies and contractors
Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
Track work progress through daily field reports and photographs
Qualifications
Experience working on projects for Amtrak, NJ Transit or transportation a plus
ACI and OSHA certifications are preferred
Working around rail projects experience required
Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Collaborating with multiple team members
Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sites
