ICC Certified Mechanical Inspector
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting construction/development projects in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections.
• Prepare project reports, specifications, and plans.
• Review Mechanical and Energy plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Highly Preferred
• At least 2 years relevant experience in this field of work
• Detail oriented
• Able to travel throughout the 5 boroughs
• Good communication skills
• ICC Commercial Mechanical License (Required)
