Inside Sales Representative - Growth

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Alpharetta, GA | In Office | Full-Time Base Salary + Upside Commission | OTE $100,000+ THE OPPORTUNITY This is an in-office sales role in our Alpharetta office. You will work in a high-energy, high-activity call room alongside other sales professionals. We invest in marketing and lead generation, and the majority of your leads are provided to you through our CRM. Your job is to move quickly, contact prospects, understand their business, present the solution, follow up relentlessly and close. We provide the leads, CRM, sales process, training, coaching and infrastructure. You bring the competitiveness, work ethic and desire to win. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Work company-provided inbound and outbound leads from our CRM • Make a high volume of calls and follow-up attempts each day • Run discovery conversations with real estate investors, wholesalers, Realtors and brokers • Understand each prospect's deal flow, prospecting strategy, goals and challenges • Conduct sales presentations and strategy calls • Qualify honestly, selling clients into markets where we can deliver • Hand off every closed client cleanly to Customer Success • Keep all opportunities, activities and next steps current in the CRM • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets HOW YOU'LL BE PAID Base salary plus upside commission on every client you close. Commission is paid in two parts. Half is released when the client's first invoice is collected, and the second half once the client reaches day 60 as an active, paying account. If a client cancels or goes unpaid within the first 45 days, the first half is subject to clawback. We pay this way on purpose. We want salespeople who close clients that stay, not clients that sign. Reps who sell the right fit earn substantially more here. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Previous sales experience. B2B, SaaS, real estate, lead generation, advertising, high-ticket services or inside sales is especially valuable • Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day • Asks good discovery questions instead of simply pitching • Comfortable discussing money, ROI and financial goals • Strong follow-up discipline • Competitive and motivated by commission • Takes personal accountability for results • Real estate experience helps but is not required. We will train the right salesperson on our industry, service, ICP and offer. WHAT WE PROVIDE Base salary, upside commission, company-provided leads, scripts and playbooks, ongoing coaching and call reviews, experienced leadership, and an in-office environment built around performance. WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY This is not the right role if you dislike being on the phone, want to work remotely, need reminders to follow up, are uncomfortable with sales targets, prefer a slow-paced environment, dislike being coached, or want to be paid in full the moment a deal is signed regardless of whether the client stays. Responsibilities • Engage with inbound and outbound leads using our CRM to maximize conversion opportunities. • Conduct a high volume of daily calls to connect with potential clients and build relationships. • Lead discovery conversations to understand each prospect's business needs, goals, and challenges. • Present tailored solutions to real estate professionals, showcasing the value of our services. • Qualify prospects honestly, ensuring alignment with markets where we can deliver results. • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff of closed clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and next steps in the CRM system. Qualifications • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, real estate, lead generation, or high-ticket services. • Ability to make a high volume of calls daily, maintaining energy and enthusiasm. • Proven track record of asking insightful discovery questions to understand client needs. • Comfortable discussing financial aspects, including ROI and monetary goals. • Strong discipline in following up with prospects and maintaining CRM records. • Competitive nature, driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Takes personal accountability for results, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
