Vous serez responsable de gérer la performance du produit en service, la relation avec les clients / manufacturier avionneur et s'assurer que les équipes de service rencontrent les besoins stratégiques et spécifique à notre programme. Vous faites partie d'une équipe de 14 experts responsable de diriger différentes équipes intégrées ayant pour but d'influencer les améliorations du produit qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur la sécurité, la durabilité, la fiabilité ou les coûts engendrés par la maintenance en service.

À titre d'ingénieur de programme de service à la clientèle vous serez également responsable du produit et du service rencontrant les plus hautes exigences de nos clients. Nous bâtissons une relation solide avec nos clients en gardant le cap sur les besoins de ceux-ci et ce en développant de nouvelles solutions spécifiques à leurs besoins.

Nous facilitons cette tâche en s'assurant d'utiliser les nouveaux outils disponibles, nos actions sont basées sur la proactivité, nous sommes commit à travailler ensemble avec intégrité et respect. Le programme de l'Aviation Général aide nos clients à voyager afin de tisser des liens ensemble et à générer des économies à travers le monde.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Description de la fonction

Vous serez responsable de la mise en service de multiples nouveaux programmes moteurs stratégiques, en travaillant de manière autonome directement avec les manufacturiers, avec les services de l'ingénierie, du marketing, des opérations, ainsi qu'avec plusieurs équipes internationales pour offrir une expérience de classe mondiale à nos clients. Cela nécessitera une forte capacité à diriger par influence, à trouver des solutions et à susciter des consensus entre plusieurs parties prenantes, tout en mettant à l'avant plan l'expérience-client.

  • Mène à bien les activités ingénierie service client reliées à l'aviation régionale
  • Agir comme intermédiaire technique entre l'ingénierie et le service client, en veillant à ce que les exigences du service client soient intégrées au développement de nouveaux moteurs.
  • Diriger la définition et la mise en œuvre des exigences techniques du service client et en faire le suivi tout au long du cycle de développement du moteur.
  • Revoir et approuver la documentation de maintenance et le développement du programme de maintenance MSG-3
  • Utiliser l'expérience client pour influencer les modifications de conception et garantir la durabilité à long terme des produits et la valeur client.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les experts en ingénierie, marketing, développement commercial et service client ainsi qu'avec les responsables de la stratégie pour définir, surveiller, suivre et influencer les livrables des nouveaux programmes moteurs
  • Interface avec les OEM, partenaires et fournisseurs.
  • Responsable de la performance du produit - incluant la sécurité, la fiabilité, la durabilité ainsi que tous les services connexes avec la maintenance du produit
  • Rencontrer les obligations envers les clients, les avionneurs ou les autorités aériennes
  • S'assurer que les organisations comprennent les stratégies spécifiques du programme dans une organisation matricielle
  • Analyser les prévisions des marchés et gérer les campagnes techniques en service.
  • Responsable de trouver des solutions pour optimiser les coûts d'opération.
  • Définis et mets en place les stratégies reliées à la mise en marché de nouveaux programmes ou nouveaux clients qui utilisent nos produits.
  • Représenter la voix du client à travers notre organisation
  • Gérer les campagnes commerciales et les programmes de garantie
  • Expert sur le produit afin d'aider les équipes supports ainsi que de partager ses connaissances avec nos clients.
  • Aider au développement de nouveau modèle d'affaire.


Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir
  • Détenir au minimum un BAC en ingénierie ou une éducation similaire
  • 10-15 années d'expérience en aéronautique, service d'après-vente, ingénierie, opération ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Compétent en communications d'affaires en anglais
  • Capacité de gérer la satisfaction des clients à tous les niveaux (interne ou externe)
  • Démontre sa capacité de travailler dans une organisation matricielle
  • Peut travailler dans un environnement dynamique en gérant des projets reliés à la performance du produit tout en gardant le focus pour rencontrer les besoins des clients
  • Capacité à convertir des données techniques en stratégie et plan d'action concret
  • Expérience en développement de programme de maintenance / analyse MSG-3
  • License de mécanicien d'entretien d'aéronef est un atout
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What our expectations are

As a member of the Customer Engineering team for the Regional program, reporting to the Regional program manager of aftermarket, you will be responsible of managing in-service product performance, the relationship with customers / airframe OEM & aligning service team to meet our specific program strategies. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Function Description

As a NPI Customer Engineer in the Regional Customer Program team, you will be responsible of managing in-service product performance, relationship with customers / airframe OEM & aligning service team to meet our specific program strategies. Part of a team of experts, you will have the opportunity to influence business models and to lead an integrate product team (IPT) to define and influence the redesign of a part which could affect the safety, durability, reliability of a product and the cost of operation of a regional airline.

What your day to day will look like
  • Lead Customer Engineering activities for the Regional Aviation team
  • Act as technical liaison between Engineering and Customer Service, ensuring aftermarket requirements are integrated into the development of new engines.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of aftermarket technical requirements within Product Design Requirements Specifications (PDRS) and monitor compliance throughout the engine development lifecycle.
  • Review and approval of maintenance documentation, including Maintenance Manuals, Overhaul Manuals, and MSG-3 maintenance program development
  • Leverage field experience and lessons learned to influence design modifications and ensure long-term product supportability and customer value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, business development and customer service subject matter experts and strategy owners to define, monitor, track, and influence new engine programs deliverables
  • Interface directly with OEMs, partner and suppliers.
  • Ownership of Product Performance - including safety, reliability, durability and all services in relation with maintenance of the product in service
  • Comply with Airframe OEM, Operators and Airworthiness authorities' obligations
  • Align organizations with a vertical view of the market - Cross Value Stream
  • Provide business forecast & manage in-service product campaigns
  • Accountable for engine operating cost optimization
  • Develop strategies and ensure readiness of new program & customer entry into service
  • Lead customer relationship value stream
  • Commercial and warranty programs management
  • Subject matter expert for the front-line team & provide product knowledge to field communities throughout conferences and customers dedicated technical reviews
  • Support development of new business models and strategies


What you need to be successful:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Looking for 10-15 years progressive experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket, Operations, or similar functional expertise
  • Proficient business communications in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product performance and delivery to drive customer satisfaction
  • Ability to translate technical data into action plans and strategy
  • Experience with Maintenance Program Development/MSG-3
  • AME license a plus
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
