  • Coordinate design activities with project team members and other disciplines.
  • Provide technical support in the field, attend site meetings, and inspect during construction phases.
  • Maintain complete technical documentation, including studies, calculations, drawings, and lessons learned.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) ingénieur(e) électrique sénior spécialisé(e) en postes électriques afin de joindre notre équipe d'ingénierie - Réseaux électriques, basée à notre bureau de Montréal. Dans ce rôle clé, vous agirez comme référence technique et contribuerez activement à la conception et à la réalisation de projets de postes électriques complexes, tout en assurant la conformité aux codes, normes applicables, ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures d'AECOM (santé et sécurité, environnement, assurance et contrôle de la qualité). Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire et participerez à l'élaboration de l'ingénierie de détail pour des projets de postes électriques à moyenne, haute et très haute tension (25 kV à 765 kV), en assumant un rôle de lead technique sur certains mandats.

Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger et réaliser la conception de postes électriques, incluant l'aménagement du site, la disposition des équipements, les élévations, les jeux de barres, la mise à la terre, la protection contre la foudre et autres systèmes connexes.
  • Préparer et valider les devis techniques pour l'acquisition des équipements et l'exécution des travaux de construction.
  • Sélectionner les équipements et matériaux conformément aux normes de l'industrie, aux exigences du client et aux meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie.
  • Assurer la conformité des conceptions avec les codes, normes applicables et les principes de constructibilité.
  • Coordonner et encadrer les activités de conception avec les membres de l'équipe de projet et les autres disciplines.
  • Apporter un soutien technique sur le terrain, participer aux réunions de chantier et aux inspections durant la phase de construction, et contribuer à la résolution de problématiques complexes.
  • Maintenir une documentation technique complète : études, calculs, dessins, exigences " tels que construits ", leçons apprises et retours d'expérience.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et externes, incluant les autres disciplines, le dessin technique et la gestion de projet.
  • Encadrer et soutenir les ingénieur(e)s plus juniors, tout en contribuant au développement des compétences de l'équipe.
  • Intégrer et appliquer rigoureusement les normes et procédures d'Hydro-Québec à toutes les étapes de conception (dessins, MPI, CPI, MCT, etc.).


Qualifications

Qualifications requises
  • Diplôme universitaire en génie électrique reconnu et membre en règle de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en conception de postes électriques.
  • Excellente connaissance des réseaux électriques moyenne, haute et très haute tension, de l'équipement de postes (appareillage, protection, commande) et de la distribution (25 kV à 765 kV).
  • Solides compétences en communication interpersonnelle et excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'instrumentation de postes et de centrales, de leur numérisation ainsi que des enjeux de cybersécurité associés.

Qualifications souhaitées
  • 10 ans ou plus d'expérience à titre d'ingénieur(e) électrique, idéalement en postes électriques.
  • Expérience pertinente au sein de services publics ou en génie-conseil.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, permettant de collaborer sur des mandats ou projets hors Québec.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes de l'industrie, notamment le Code canadien de l'électricité, les normes CEI et IEEE.
  • Capacité démontrée à évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif, à assumer des responsabilités techniques accrues et à adopter une forte orientation client.
  • Connaissance de CDEGS
