Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong end-to-end troubleshooting and analytical skills to manage and support our hybrid infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have holistic expertise across Microsoft on-premises stack, Azure cloud, identity management, and networking systems to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of complex infrastructure issues spanning servers, cloud platforms, network, and identity systems.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure stack components both on-premises and within Azure cloud.
- Administer Azure Platform services and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) authentication and access controls.
- Maintain core IT infrastructure services including DNS, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot networking components including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and general connectivity.
- Support hybrid cloud operations and assist with workload migrations between on-premises data centers and Azure.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Microsoft Stack & Azure: Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, and Azure Platform services.
- Networking & Security: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) and identity authentication.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of independently diagnosing and troubleshooting complex cross-domain infrastructure incidents.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with VMware virtualization environments.
- Hands-on experience with Rubrik backup and recovery solutions.
- Prior experience executing hybrid cloud migrations (On-Premises to Azure).
