THE WORK:
JOB TITLE - Infrastructure & Capital Projects -Cost LeadCOM
(Internal Title: Cost Lead)
• Support the project execution team on cost, time, schedule, change management, and reporting for successful project delivery
• Develop a plan for integrated project controls including scope, cost, schedule, and progress of assigned projects based on industry best practices and by incorporating client's requirements when required
• Facilitate the change management process and continuously forecast project schedule and cost impacts
• Review and analyze project information and provide guidance to the project execution team on the project health
• Prepare and review project controls gate deliverables with Project Managers and Engineers
• Follow procedures for consistency and predictability, and escalate any improvement of deficiency in the process or procedures
• Establish the resources and organization (skills, manpower, list of tools and procedures applicable, and communications) needed to achieve the control strategy to ensure the consistent implementation of the project control system for all projects
• Formulate the overall Project Breakdown Structure to meet all control requirements and ensure that cost control and scheduling systems are compatible
• Determine training materials needed to train project teams on the principles of schedule, cost, risk, and earned value management, and plan and procedures
• Draft a detailed monthly report by gathering progress details through the collection and verification of information. Coordinate a management review and issue the report by the agreed deadline each month including cost, schedule, earned value, change control, contract administration, third-party recoveries, contingency utilization, and progress photos
• Complete any tasks assigned by the supervisor in an efficient and timely manner

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience on large capital projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
• In-depth experience in computer-based scheduling systems (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
• Comprehensive knowledge of practices and procedures involved in project controls, with proven experience in the construction process
• Solid understanding of core project control concepts (WBS, RBS, CBS, CPM-based scheduling, and Earned Value)
• Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
• Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
• Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving technical information (written and verbal)
• Must foster positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
• Independently tailor technical information for different audiences through presentations, reports, and other means
• Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
