Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in Network or Systems Administration
7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration
Advanced networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE
Microsoft certifications like AZ-104, MS-102
Experience in a Managed Services (MSP) environment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory and DNS
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
Maintain essential services including file servers and core routing
Provide technical administration of enterprise switches
Monitor system performance and manage backups

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support Trifecta and client on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This is a hybrid role.
