You are:
You're a systems engineer/administrator who designs secure, automated platforms at scale. You translate requirements into robust builds, optimize performance and cost, and lead incident/problem management. You mentor peers and raise engineering bar.
The Work:
- Design and operate hardened Linux/Windows platforms; define baseline images, GPO/policies, and patch orchestration.
- Engineer automation with Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD (linting, testing, policy as code) to deliver immutable infrastructure.
- Define monitoring SLO/SLA, dashboards, and alert strategies; drive capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Integrate backups with application consistency; validate DR plans via regular exercises; refine RTO/RPO.
- Implement ITSG-33 controls across IAM, secrets, logging, encryption; coordinate evidence for audits.
- Lead P1/P2 incident response, RCA, and corrective actions; design resilient patterns (clustering, HA, auto-scaling).
- Evolve ITIL processes; build runbooks and knowledge articles; mentor junior admins.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, and Security teams; support FinOps and cost optimization.
Ability to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments.
Travel may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment.

- Strong automation (Terraform/Ansible) and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
- Kubernetes/container fundamentals; hybrid private cloud familiarity.
- Demonstrated DR/BCP and incident leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field.
- Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.
Bonus Points If You Have- Eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance or currently holds Top Secret Security Clearance status.
- Certifications (RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft, HashiCorp).
- Observability stack expertise (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Bilingual (English/French).
