The Talent Director will develop talent engagement plans, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen the agency's employer brand and reputation in the creator economy. Daily responsibilities include coaching and supporting talent, resolving issues and concerns, managing contracts and negotiations in collaboration with leadership, and maintaining accurate records and reporting on talent performance. The Talent Director will also drive initiatives that promote creator satisfaction, retention, and professional growth in a remote-first environment. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment. • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced media environment. • Demonstrated success managing top-tier talent and negotiating high-value deals. • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. • Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and content monetization models. • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically - knowing when to lead and when to do.
