INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER

Michigan | Full-time | Industrial & Manufacturing

Binswanger is looking for an experienced Industrial Real Estate Broker to grow our presence across Michigan. Since 1931, we have advised owners and occupiers of industrial and manufacturing real estate across the country and around the world. Our relationships reach more than half of the Fortune 500, giving our brokers access, credibility, and a name that gets calls returned.

What you'll do
  • Build and manage relationships with industrial owners, occupiers, investors, and corporate real estate decision-makers throughout Michigan and nationally.
  • Create opportunities through in-person prospecting, thoughtful outreach, referrals, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation, siteselection, and other industrial real estate strategies.
  • Develop deep market knowledge of Michigan's industrial and manufacturing properties, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Prepare persuasive pitches, market analyses, property materials, and client recommendations with support from our centralized team.
  • Collaborate with brokers, researchers, marketing professionals, support staff, and members of our Board of Experts to win and execute assignments.
  • Maintain thorough,accurateCRM records for client, prospect, property, and transaction activity.
  • Travel throughout the territory-and beyond when the client or opportunity calls for it.

What you'll bring

  • A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • An active Michigan real estate license.
