Compensation: $90K-$135K DOE
Location: Lynnwood, WA

They are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead mechanical industrial construction projects from initial planning through final completion. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and project teams while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, field supervisors, and internal partners to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project estimates and develop detailed budgets
  • Prepare, estimate, and negotiate change orders
  • Track and forecast labor hours, material costs, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of major equipment and subcontracted services
  • Manage contracts, scopes of work, technical specifications, and project documentation
  • Partner with field supervisors to plan and schedule project activities
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, Project Administrators, and Craft Supervisors
  • Promote jobsite safety and support required safety meetings
  • Maintain client relationships and support bidding efforts for new projects

Qualifications

  • Experience estimating mechanical construction work and explaining mechanical systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Viewpoint, or similar software
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Preferred: At least five years of experience managing mechanical construction projects and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
