Full Job Description
Position Overview:

In this position, you will be part of an Engineering team to make Siemens Lexington the most efficient train manufacturer in the world. You will incorporate your experience along with best practices from around the world to establish production processes. Since Lexington is a new plant your work on the process layout will have immediate impact.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Plan process flow, equipment layout, and line balancing

To thrive in this role, you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.

Physical Demands:

The base salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $91,086 - $107,100. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $91,086 - $107,100 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
