Industrial Engineer - Product Data and BOM Management (Configuration Management)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or PLM systems, D365 preferred.
• Advanced understanding of interactions between operations and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies vital.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and blueprints essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own accuracy and governance of various BOM types including module and EBOP BOMs.
• Implement and maintain BOMs in the D365 ERP system for operational accuracy.
• Monitor and assess impact of engineering and supplier product updates.
• Lead updates to processes and manufacturing data during planned changes.
• Enforce change control protocols for procurement and production readiness.
• Drive improvements to operational BOM configurations for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Facilitate collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams.
