Full Job Description
The Industrial Engineer will support Test Operations by analyzing and improving production flow, process cycle times, equipment utilization, capacity, and overall operational performance. This role will partner with engineering and operations teams to identify constraints, analyze production data, and implement improvements supporting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
The successful candidate will apply Industrial Engineering fundamentals to understand how work moves through complex test processes and help improve the efficiency, predictability, and scalability of the overall system.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree/ related experience
• Experience through coursework, internships, or professional assignments applying Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or process-improvement principles
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support problem solving and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within cross-functional teams
• US Citizenship, ability to obtain a Top Secret CLearance
Desired Skills
• Experience with capacity analysis, process flow, cycle-time analysis, equipment utilization, bottleneck/constraint analysis, or queue management
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous-improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, process mapping, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, or standard work
• Experience analyzing manufacturing or operational performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with facility/layout analysis and optimization of material, people, or product flow
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP or manufacturing execution systems
• Ability to organize technical information, communicate findings, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Interest in developing proficiency in simulation, capacity modeling, or other advanced Industrial Engineering analytical methods
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
