Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong command of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPSS).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production simulation software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• FE or PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve cycle times.
• Design optimal layouts using CAD software to maximize space and improve safety.
• Develop production schedules and labor models to align with market demands.
• Establish key performance indicators and analyze data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for consistency and quality control.
