Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of FFIEC's Business Continuity Management framework.
• Strong background in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all management levels.
• In-depth understanding of key functions, processes, and resources of U.S. Financial Institutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Valley Bank's Incident & Crisis Management (ICM) documentation and policies as per industry standards.
• Lead cross-department ICM teams and provide 24/7 support during emergencies.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee post-incident analysis for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and develop communication strategies for ICM teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders and third-party vendors to ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Participate in audits and stay updated with best practices and regulatory requirements.
