Superior Restoration is looking for a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses facing emergency damage emergencies in water, fire, or mold. As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the "one-visit close" in-home appointments.

- Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams and insurance reps to keep projects moving and clients informed.
- Document Thoroughly: Complete inspection notes, job files, and compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
