What You'll Do- Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
- Listen to customers' goals and help design their ideal bathroom remodeling project.
- Use our cutting-edge iPad presentation system to showcase products and visualize project options.
- Educate homeowners on premium bath and shower solutions, product benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options.
- Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and confidently close sales.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications- In-home sales experience.
- Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
- Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

Compensation
Our top-performing representatives earn
$150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
