- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Present our industry-leading bath remodeling solutions
- Use an iPad and design software to create customized bathroom designs
- Deliver professional product presentations
- Provide pricing and financing options
- Close sales and achieve performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- In-home sales or home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Technology-friendly and comfortable using tablets and software
