In-Home Sales Rep - Pre-Set Appointments, Done by 6pm
Greater Louisville & Kentuckiana | Full-Time or Part-Time | 1099 Commission

$120,000-$150,000+ first-year potential. Leads handed to you. Home for dinner

If you sell roofing, HVAC, windows, siding, solar, security, or remodels, you know the grind: cold leads, 7pm appointments, Saturdays gone. This is different.

Why reps like this one

• No evenings Appointments end by 6pm.
• No prospecting Every appointment is pre-set and pre-qualified. No door knocking, no cold calls.
• A product nobody else has USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects foam insulation into the walls of existing homes from the outside. No tearing out drywall, no mess. Most homeowners have never heard of it, so you're not competing with three other bids on the same thing.
• More to sell per visit We also do attic and crawlspace insulation, so most homes have more than one need.
• Proven Over 200,000 homes done nationwide.

Already have a sales job? Keep it

Part-time works here. Give us two weekdays and a 4-6 hour block on those days (mornings, afternoons, or all day, your pick) and we'll build your appointments around it. That's 2-3 appointments per block. A couple of Saturdays a month in busy season. That's it.

Want full-time? We'll fill your calendar.

What you get

• $120K-$150K+ first-year earning potential
• Commission plus performance bonuses
• Paid product and process training. You already know how to sell; we'll make you an expert on this product.

Who we're looking for

You've sold in someone's living room before, and you close on the first visit. "We want to get two more quotes," "I need to talk to my wife," "that's more than I expected" - you don't pack up and hope for a callback. You find out what's really going on and handle it at the table. You're professional, and you know the difference between pushing and persuading.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
