About The RoleFora is continuing to grow beyond its core US business into new markets like the UK and into new business lines like Cruises. Each one needs to run on the same foundation: HubSpot, Hightouch, and broader tooling ecosystem. As an Implementation Specialist on the RevOps & Martech team, you'll adapt what our core GTM Operations teams build to what each market and business unit needs to operate, and keep those systems running day to day. You'll also drive tool migrations across teams, so success means teams are actually using the tools, not only that the systems are connected.
This is a chance to be part of how Fora builds an AI-native, warehouse-first stack, and to work directly with people across many functions. You'll be the first point of contact when a market or business unit needs access, a migration, or its own instance, and you'll evaluate each request against our architecture rather than solving it one-off. In your first six months, you'll build a repeatable playbook and always-on enablement documentation. Everyone at Fora works hands-on with frontier AI tools, and you'll learn to be AI-fluent by applying AI to real problems in your day-to-day work.
