Senior Implementation Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)

Reports To: Senior Manager - Customer Delivery

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel: 10-25% (1-3 customer visits per month)

As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will drive enterprise SaaS implementations, guiding custom manufacturers through complex digital transformations. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning customer business operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional engagements across customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal engineering teams. By balancing tactical project execution with strategic product expertise, you will ensure seamless software adoption and accelerate long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive status reviews, strategic meetings, and real-time issue resolution across customer and internal teams.
  • Balance implementation timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget with precision.
  • Lead engaging end-user training programs and interactive workshops for enterprise customer teams to drive platform adoption and user proficiency
  • Address scope creep directly while establishing clear customer boundaries and accommodating critical business shifts.
  • Translate complex customer business requirements into optimal platform configurations that drive long-term value.
  • Assess project health metrics continuously to identify delivery risks early and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Identify operational gaps within the deployment lifecycle and create scalable workflow enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise software deployments in customer-facing SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to build trust and navigate change management with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to master complex software features quickly and translate customer business logic into technical configurations.
  • Demonstrated mastery in managing multi-stream project timelines, risk frameworks, and budgets.
  • Based in Boston, MA (3 days/week on-site) with willingness to travel to customer sites 1-3 times per month.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with manufacturing operations, OEMs, supply chain management, or ERP/software integrations.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies or designing enterprise-level training programs.

Salary range: $80,000-$130,000
